More precise HVD categorisation: the guidance to annotate datasets and APIs with the most precise applicable HVD category has changed from RECOMMENDED to MUST.
The controlled vocabulary High-value dataset categories, maintained by the Publications Office, contains not only these six categories, but also the complete list of datasets required by the HVD IR. The High-Value Datasets and APIs MUST be annotated with the most precise concept.
